Hi, I'm Mel and I have two boys named Jack and Flynn.
Having a background of dance for most of my life I wanted to continue keeping fit after having Flynn. I came across Kangatraining when he was 4 months old and I fell in love with it straight away.
I love that I can stay fit and do something for myself while also being close to my baby.
I run classes in the Macarthur area and I love being able to meet other local Mums. In addition to being a Kangatrainer, I'm also a Babywearing consultant and Baby and Child First Aid Educator.
