Kangatraining Founder Nicole Pascher is from Vienna, Austria. She is a former dancer, has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is the mother of three beautiful children.

At the age of 12 she was the winner of the Austrian Show Dance Championship, and at the age of 17 she won the European Modern Dance Championship together with her dance partner Melanie Maar.

She continued her dance education in New York where she was a member of the Solstice Dance Company.

It was in New York where she broadened her professional skill set by successfully completing the ACE Fitness Instructor Certification, providing a solid foundation for her new career direction in fitness.

She was hired as Chief Trainer and Manager at Exude, New York, at that time the largest personal training company in North America.

Returning to Vienna she began teaching at various dance and fitness studios, and in 1998 founded her own personal training company.

During the pregnancy with her youngest child, she specialiced into pre,- and postnatal fitness and began developing her own unique workout program, now known as Kangatraining.

Together with her husband, Dr. med. Andreas Pascher, she is constantly working on expanding Kangatraining and in 2016 they started their jewelry label PAMIPA.

With PAMIPA they have set themselves the goal of financing their own children's home which they were proud to officially open in Romania in 2018.

In addition to the training of Kangatrainers and the global expansion of Kangatraining, Nicole continues to teach PreKanga, Kangatraining, KangaBurn and Kanga Powerhouse in Vienna.

 

 
 

PONNIEPonnie Matin Pelchat

Ponnie Matin Pelchat is the Country Leader for North America. She joined the Kangatraining family in 2019 and brings with her over a decade of experience inthe fitness industry. Besides fitness, Ponnie is also a Babywearing Educator and Artist.

Ponnie was the proud owner of two women's fitness clubs. She has experience teaching all ages and fitness levels and has coached clients to success in a vast variety of classes from stroke recovery to high intensity training to nutritional meal planning.

With the birth of her daughter Ponnie decided she wanted to spend as much time with her baby as possible. She started Ponnie Matin Studios where she is passionate about inspiring others. As a new mom she quickly realized there was a need for a quality postnatal fitness program in North America. During her research to develop such a program, she discovered Kangatraining. 

Ponnie is very excited to be able to not only offer what she believes is a game changer fitness class to North American moms, but to also be able to give them the opportunity to make money while spending time with their babies teaching Kangatraining in their city.

In her free time, Ponnie likes to give back to the community. She is involved in different charity and outreach programs and is the founder of #warmvancouver
